Arrocha is a company which opened its first Pharmacy in 1935, in Panama. Nowadays, it already has 47 subsidiaries, all over the Panamanian territory, and a broad product range. To implement its Loyalty Programme, Arrocha chose Fullscreen, partnered with Retail Consult, for the development and maintenance of the Arrocha Para Ti website.
The project had as its goal the implementation of a responsive website, in other words, adapted to every device, and that communicated the Arrocha Loyalty Programme to its clients, as well as the individual management of each client’s account.
By recurring to the CMS platform StudioCMS, created by Fullscreen, it was possible to answer to the whole of the client’s needs, since it enables the adjustment to any type of UI/UX. Besides, it allows a free and responsive content management, an advanced SEO optimization, and makes the client nearly autonomous when it comes to inserting and managing content. It also enables the integration with other Information Systems. The deep knowledge Fullscreen has of it, it becomes possible to fully customize its websites, in order to answer the whole of the client’s needs.
This website, besides presenting the Arrocha Loyalty Program, it contains a Blog, an area dedicated to its Partners, and Reserved Area, where it’s possible to download the Arrocha Para Ti Card. In the Reserved Area, the Arrocha client can access its addresses, shopping historic and select its likes and preferences, in order to get a more customized service.
It has been a set of integrations, namely, with the Arrocha main website, with the CRM system Oracle Retail and with the Shopify authentication system.
The website was optimized with an advanced SEO strategy, and to be Responsive, so that it can adapt to the different devices (computers, tablets and smartphones) and its operational systems (Android, iOS, etc.).
The layout has a simple and user-friendly design, which allows the user to navigate correctly through the sitemap. It also integrates a menu with motion design. There were made links to the Arrocha main website and to the company’s social media platform, so that the clients can be aware of all the news of the Arrocha world.
