KNOW HOW YOU MAY ADD EMAIL ADDRESSES TO RELIABLE SENDERS OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND AVOID THAT EMAILS FROM THIS ADDRESS ARE CONSIDERED SPAM.
When a message is considered spam it is because that message, the sender or the sender's server have serious problems.
When an email is classified as spam the Mail server, depending on its severity, does one of two things:
- move the message to the "Spam" folder;
- erases the message.
There are, of course, situations where we do not want messages from a sender to risk being classified as spam. In such cases, we may advise the server to ignore any issues with the senders we trust.
Manually add email addresses to Trusted Senders:
Automatically add an email address to Trusted Senders
- Login to Webmail and go to Settings -> [My Settings] -> Trusted Senders;
- Click the "Create" button -> Type the email address or domain you trust -> click Save.
A sender is automatically added to "Trusted Senders" when it indicates that a message is not SPAM.
